Service Agreements for the Lackawanna County Wireless Network

The Lackawanna County Commissioners request proposals from qualified onshore U.S. organizations to provide service agreements for the Lackawanna County Wireless Network. The required scope includes 24/7 network monitoring, warranty management, inventory tracking, spectrum and bandwidth optimization, core network optimization, firmware updates, emergency response, remote and on-site technical support, incident investigation, and coordination with agency IT and 911 staff. Firms must courier sealed proposals marked with the project name and RFP ID to the Lackawanna County Chief of Staff Office in Scranton, PA, by 11:00 AM on December 18, 2026. A county review committee will evaluate submissions based on technical expertise, experience, and itemized proposed cost, and will conduct interviews with submitting firms.
