Audio-Visual Solution for City Council Chambers

The City of Arvada seeks an audio-visual solution for its City Council Chambers. The project scope requires sharing audio and video content from the podium via an HDMI connection, an integrated in-ceiling document camera, a public comment timer display visible from the podium, an LED video wall display, and a PTZ camera system supporting broadcast and Zoom conferencing workflows. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations. Prospective vendors must attend a mandatory, in-person pre-proposal meeting on November 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM MT at Arvada City Hall, and submit all questions through BidNetDirect.com no later than November 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM MT. Vendors must submit proposals electronically through BidNetDirect.com by December 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM MT. The City will not consider late responses for award.
