Janitorial Services for Pima County Ajo Corridor

Pima County requests proposals from qualified and responsible contractors to provide janitorial services for the Ajo Corridor under a one-year contract. Required duties include sweeping, emptying trash, spot cleaning and dusting walls and vents, wiping non-fabric chairs, cleaning and restocking restrooms, cleaning storage areas and closets, and sanitizing sinks and fixtures in compliance with living wage standards. Proposers must upload complete digital offers directly to the BidNet portal before 11:00 a.m. MST on December 15, 2026, alongside three client reference forms emailed independently by the deadline. The county will evaluate offers based on cost, company experience, key personnel qualifications, project plan quality, and professional references.
