Strategic Apprenticeship Facilitator Services for South Dakota High School Apprenticeships

The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation seeks a qualified partner to serve as a Strategic Apprenticeship Facilitator to expand high school apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship pathways across South Dakota. The contractor will manage consecutive cohort cycles of school districts, provide hands-on coaching and technical assistance, align work-based learning terminology, and connect schools with third-party service providers while co-designing a comprehensive framework supporting Registered Apprenticeship Programs. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and work will be performed offsite.
