Purchase of Approximately 1,000 Used Dell Chromebook 3100 Devices

The government authority located in Rochester, Minnesota seeks a vendor to purchase approximately 1,000 of the agency's used Dell 3100 Chromebook devices. The black devices feature an Intel Celeron N4120 processor at 1.10 GHz, 64 GB of storage, and 8 GB of RAM, but chargers are not included. Most units are expected to be in Grade C condition or lower, with a small percentage in Grade A or B condition, and most retain asset tag stickers. The agency will factory reset the devices and remove them from the RPS management system prior to purchase.
