On-Call Professional Building Plan Review, Inspection, and Conveyance Services

The Town of Parker, Colorado seeks one or more qualified consultants to provide on-call professional building plan review, inspection, conveyance inspection, and related code consulting services. Selected consultants will supplement the Town's Building Division staff during periods of high permit volume, staff vacancies, specialized project needs, or when independent technical expertise is required. Only USA onshore organizations may apply, and consultants must hold applicable state qualifications, including a Colorado conveyance inspector license where appropriate. Interested firms must submit electronic PDF proposals of no more than twenty pages through the Town of Parker EUNA portal by November 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM MST, following the question deadline on November 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM MST. An evaluation committee will score submissions out of 100 points based on firm qualifications and relevant experience, key personnel qualifications and certifications, technical approach and understanding of services, staffing capacity and availability, and references with past performance. The resulting contract term will be for one year.
