Lane County Marketing, Communications, and Public Outreach Consultant for Parks Levy Renewal

Lane County seeks offers from qualified consultants to provide marketing, communications, and public outreach services for the renewal of its Parks Levy on the May 2027 ballot. The scope of work includes developing a messaging and communications strategy, branding and visual assets, a standalone website or microsite, outreach materials, and social media and media relations support. Work is scheduled to begin between mid-December 2026 and early January 2027. Eligible offerors must hold all required licenses and demonstrate prior experience delivering similar public information campaigns, including projects subject to prevailing wage requirements. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Lane County Bid Locker website by November 16, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time. Offerors must submit scope questions through Bid Locker at least seven calendar days before the closing date. The county will evaluate offers based on price, experience, expertise, availability, and capability.
