City of Garden Grove Municipal Yard Facilities Condition Assessment Services

The City of Garden Grove Public Works Department requests proposals from qualified onshore contractors for a supplementary Municipal Yard Facilities Condition Assessment. The selected vendor must assess ten occupied structures across the municipal yard, evaluating building envelopes, structural integrity, interior finishes, MEP systems, fire and life safety, energy efficiency, environmental hazards, perimeter security, traffic access, and ADA compliance. Interested contractors must register and submit proposals digitally via the City's PlanetBids portal by December 16, 2026. Proposers may attend an optional pre-proposal meeting and site walk-through on November 17, 2026, and must enter any questions through the portal by 9:00 a.m. on November 30, 2026. Submissions must include a task-based cost proposal, an insurance acknowledgment, and at least three municipal references from the past three years. An evaluation committee will score qualifying proposals on a 100-point scale according to established RFP evaluation criteria.
