RFI for Regulatory Permitting, Compliance and Enforcement Solution

The Metro Vancouver Regional District and Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District seek information from vendors regarding a regulatory permitting, compliance, and enforcement solution to replace an existing custom-built system of record. The Corporation regulates air discharges, liquid waste discharges, and private municipal solid waste facilities, and the replacement platform must manage authorizations, programs, inspections, complaints, fee calculations, and companion portal functions. Eligibility is restricted to Canadian organizations, with performance conducted offsite. Respondents must submit electronic responses exclusively through the Metro Vancouver Bidding System, including a completed Microsoft Excel Respondent Workbook, title page, letter of introduction, table of contents, company description, and cost ranges.
