Environmental Consulting and Testing Services for Transportation Authority Properties

The Rochester Genesee Transportation Authority seeks an engineering firm to deliver environmental consulting and testing services on an as-needed basis across authority-owned properties. The contractor must perform environmental compliance audits, review existing permits, conduct environmental monitoring and sampling, oversee hazardous waste and site characterization, manage remediation, deliver regulatory training, and support environmental impact evaluations. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to apply, and performance will take place offsite. Prospective offerors must submit all questions no later than November 18, 2026.
