Moffat Economic Development Authority Website Redesign, Development, and Hosting Services

The Moffat Economic Development Authority seeks proposals from website developers to create, maintain, and host a professional online presence. The phased scope begins with basic website development including a functioning landing page, organizational email setup, administrative access, training, and a public document library for meeting minutes, followed by a potential future expansion for business recruitment and economic development marketing. Only companies based in the State of Colorado are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Applicants must submit questions by November 12, 2026, at 12:00 PM Noon. The five-member Board of Directors evaluates submissions based on ability to meet Phase 1 requirements (25%), overall cost and long-term affordability (25%), and relevant experience and references (10%).
