The buyer seeks a qualified provider to deliver confidential, timely, and professional substance use testing, assessment, and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services on an as-needed basis. The requested scope includes conducting drug and alcohol testing within the provider's clinical facilities for reasonable-cause, post-incident, return-to-work, and follow-up scenarios, alongside providing qualified Medical Review Officer (MRO) services, specimen collection, chain-of-custody protocols, and written result reporting.
