RFI for Financial Management System Transformation Service

The buyer requests information from vendors to provide financial management system transformation services. Respondents must recommend an approach based on functionality, user experience, implementation complexity, integration requirements, supportability, cost, security, and long-term sustainability. Submissions must detail architecture and integrations, functionality retained in DOC versus moved to FMS, implementation risks, cost implications, post-implementation support, reporting capabilities, and recommendations for membership financial transactions. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations, and performance of the work will be offsite. Respondents may submit their responses digitally via email or online, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
