Weber School District Grades 7-8 Mathematics Core Curriculum Adoption

Weber School District seeks proposals from qualified suppliers to purchase and deliver grades 7-8 mathematics core curriculum and learning resources. The required scope includes student-facing printable and digital resources, practice books or consumables, teacher editions with instructional guidance, Clever and Canvas LMS integration, assessment resources, intervention and extension tools, and digital problem-solving resources. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Vendors must submit procurement-related questions electronically through BidNet Direct by November 23, 2026. Proposals are due by December 7, 2026, and technical proposals must not exceed 30 pages, excluding separately uploaded cost proposals and standards alignments. The evaluation committee uses a multi-stage process where offerors must first satisfy all minimum mandatory requirements and submit Schedule B, after which technical proposals are scored from zero to five across weighted criteria.
