City of Santa Monica EMS and Fire Prevention Third-Party Billing Services

The City of Santa Monica Fire Department seeks proposals from qualified US organizations to provide third-party emergency medical services and fire prevention billing services for a one-year contract period. The contractor must supply tested software, hardware, disaster recovery systems, and technical support to handle billing, account reconciliation, payment processing, debt collection, and up to 12,000 emergency medical services collections and 8,000 fire prevention inspections annually.
