Printing and Mailing Services for Statutorily Required County Property Valuation and Tax Notices

Salt Lake County seeks bids from onshore USA organizations to provide printing and mailing services for statutorily required notices, including annual notices of property valuation and tax changes. The scope of work requires vendors to print notices, furnish one printed window envelope per notice, configure and place Intelligent Mail barcodes, and handle folding, inserting, delivery, and mailing through a U.S. Postal Service–approved distribution center. Work will be performed offsite across a five-year contract period.
