Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District Managed Print Services and Copier Fleet Support

The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District seeks proposals from qualified onshore USA organizations to provide managed print services. The selected contractor will implement and maintain a program covering the support and maintenance of current networked devices, the potential replacement of leased multi-function device copiers, and the provision of three additional copiers. Work will be performed offsite under a three-year contract based on per-print page unit rates with a not-to-exceed compensation amount.
