Riley Street Water Main Replacement Survey, Design, and Construction Engineering Services

The Village of Dundee seeks qualifications and proposals from qualified engineering firms to deliver professional services for replacing approximately 600 feet of existing water main along the Riley Street extension to US-23. The required scope includes topographic survey and base mapping, water main design, EGLE permitting, bidding assistance, construction engineering and inspection, materials testing, and construction staking. Eligible respondents are onshore U.S. organizations performing the work onsite. Respondents must deliver hard-copy submissions by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, November 24, 2026, to 350 W. Monroe Street in Dundee, Michigan. Submissions require technical proposals and fee proposals in separate sealed envelopes, including two copies of the fee proposal detailing hourly rate schedules, estimated labor hours, and a total not-to-exceed fee. The Village will evaluate proposals based on relevant municipal water main design and CEI experience (20 points), Michigan permitting and local agency experience (10 points), key personnel qualifications (10 points), previous Village of Dundee project experience (10 points), and the fee proposal (10 points).
