WorkSafeBC Request for Proposals for Telematics Solution Services

WorkSafeBC requires a comprehensive, web-based telematics solution to support continuous vehicle tracking, real-time accident detection, fleet analytics, and forward-facing-only dash cameras. The selected vendor must deliver implementation services, including system configuration, device activation, installation coordination, and testing, while providing reliable data capture during connectivity outages. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Respondents must submit proposals digitally via BC Bid, email, or online by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on December 3, 2026, and direct all inquiries to the contact person by email at least five business days before the closing deadline. WorkSafeBC will evaluate proposals across multiple phases, starting with a pass/fail check on mandatory requirements, followed by evaluated service requirements carrying a 60% weight and pricing. Before final selection, the leading respondent must pass a Privacy Impact Assessment and self-assessment questionnaire to be awarded the contract as a single preferred respondent on an as-needed basis.
