Solar-Powered Flashing LED Traffic Signs for MaineDOT

The State of Maine Office of State Procurement Services, on behalf of the Maine Department of Transportation, is seeking quotations to provide solar-powered flashing LED traffic sign assemblies. The scope includes supplying various specified assemblies such as stop signs, yield signs, stop ahead signs, speed limit signs, warning signs, and special signs delivered FOB Destination within eight weeks after receipt of order. The opportunity is open to onshore USA organizations for offsite performance, and quoted prices must remain firm for at least one year of the initial contract period. Bidders must submit responses through the State's e-Procurement system (AdvantageME / Vendor Self Service) by 11/17/2026 no later than 4:00 p.m. local time. Prospective bidders may submit questions via the Vendor Self Service Q & A List tab up to 48 hours prior to the closure date and time. Award will be made to the bidder with the lowest Total Evaluated Bid Price, and equivalency of any proposed alternatives will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis.
