School-Based Physical Therapy Services Supporting Student Educational Access and Mobility

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide school-based physical therapy services supporting students' educational access and participation for a government authority located in New Mexico. The selected contractor will conduct initial and re-evaluations using standardized and functional methods, observe students across school settings, and deliver detailed written evaluation reports alongside recommendations. Responsibilities also include providing therapeutic activities focused on functional school mobility, training students on adaptive and mobility equipment, and collaborating with teachers, aides, and related service providers. Additionally, the contractor must recommend environmental supports and accommodations, deliver staff coaching, and conduct at least quarterly training sessions addressing transfers, positioning, emergency procedures, and inclusion. Eligibility is restricted to onshore entities, specifically USA organizations only. Work performance will be offsite, and the buyer is looking for proposals.
