Janitorial Services for Richmond National Cemetery and Satellite Cemeteries

The Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration seeks janitorial services for Richmond National Cemetery and its satellite cemeteries, City Point, Fort Harrison, Glendale, and Seven Pines. Required daily services include emptying and sanitizing public restroom interior trash cans, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures and surfaces, wiping glass and brass, maintaining paper products and soap dispensers, sweeping entryways, and cleaning restroom doors with a bleach solution. Only Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses registered in both the System for Award Management and the SBA Small Business Search prior to closing and at award may compete. The buyer will evaluate offers using lowest-priced technically acceptable procedures to award a firm-fixed-price contract. Vendors must email questions by 4:00 PM EST on November 16, 2026, and submit quotes by 4:00 PM EST on November 23, 2026.
