University of Connecticut On-Call Roof Consultant and Design Services

The University of Connecticut seeks Statements of Qualifications from companies to provide roof consultant and design services across its main campus, regional campuses, UConn Health facilities, and other university properties. Required services include assessing and reporting on roof conditions, inspecting diverse roof systems, preparing repair and restoration design specifications and drawings, developing cost estimates, and inspecting active or completed roofing work. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations, and selected firms must provide a Connecticut Professional Architectural Firm License or Professional Engineering Company License along with a Connecticut-licensed team member.
