DeSoto Alley Paving Rehabilitation IDIQ Contract for Concrete and Asphalt Repairs

The City of DeSoto seeks bids for its Alley Paving Rehabilitation Program under Project No. RFB-2027-004. The contractor will perform concrete panel replacement, partial and full depth concrete pavement repairs, subgrade stabilization, asphalt concrete paving and overlays, chip seal, joint and crack sealing, curb and gutter replacement, utility structure adjustments, and related appurtenances across residential and commercial alleys. The selected vendor must also fulfill requirements including site dewatering, sodding, SWPPP submissions, temporary fencing, and written driveway access notifications to affected residents. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. The contract is a three-year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity agreement spanning fiscal years 2027 through 2029. The buyer will hold a pre-proposal meeting on November 10, 2026, and all inquiries must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
