The City of Cranbrook requests competitive proposals from qualified vendors for the supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of a digitally enabled, cloud-based parking management solution. The scope requires delivering a modern pay-by-plate digital platform, integrating iOS and Android mobile payments, supporting diverse payment methods, and providing a hosted back-office management portal with configurable rate structures and reporting capabilities. Only pre-authorized Canadian organizations registered on BC Bid may submit proposals.
