City of South Amboy Grant Writer Professional Services CY 2027

The City of South Amboy seeks a qualified consultant to provide grant writer services for calendar year 2027. The selected contractor will assist the city in the application, processing, reporting, auditing, and exercising of federal, state, and local grants. Eligibility is open to any onshore USA bidder, owner, person, or firm interested in providing professional services under New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law. Work will be performed offsite, and proposals may be submitted digitally via email or online at least ten to twenty days following public advertisement. Applicants must submit an all-inclusive rate schedule, Form W-9, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, a Business Registration Certificate, and required disclosure forms. The city will issue monthly payments upon receipt of detailed invoices and signed vouchers.
