Land Use and Development Reviews Planning Consultant Services

The buyer seeks a professional planning consultant to assist staff by providing technical reviews related to land use and development for the department of community development on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor must have familiarity with township ordinances, the township master plan or reexamination reports, the state plan, and any relevant regional planning documents. Work performance will take place offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations.
