Recruitment Branding Campaign Service for Dept of Public Safety

The Oklahoma Department of Public Safety requests proposals to develop and execute an integrated recruitment branding campaign. The selected contractor must conduct brand research, design a comprehensive brand identity, build a recruitment website, produce digital marketing assets, and deliver photography and cinematic video. Demonstrating prior experience creating recruitment or employer branding campaigns for law enforcement agencies is required. Only onshore United States organizations may bid, and any entity that assisted in preparing the solicitation or its procurement terms is precluded from award. Bidders must submit proposals exclusively through the Oklahoma Supplier Portal by 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on November 24, 2026. Requests for administrative review are due by November 6, 2026, and all questions must be submitted via the portal and emailed to the contracting officer by 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on November 13, 2026.
