Scope of work

- Analyze current 5-year Capital Replacement Plan to determine pace and schedule
- Perform space utilization study evaluating current floor plans, exhibit halls, loading docks, and meeting rooms
- Review audio/visual, Wi-Fi capacity, telecommunications, and smart-building infrastructure
- Conduct market and economic analysis including competitive benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, and demand forecasting
- Develop master plan visioning, program space requirements, urban integration, and sustainability/resiliency goals
- Prepare multi-phase construction schedule, CapEx budgets, and procurement/delivery strategy consistent with MGLs
- Produce Executive Summary, detailed Master Plan Report, and presentations illustrating goals and financial methods
