Property Management Services for Parkway Overlook Residential Housing

The District of Columbia Housing Authority requests proposals for property management services at Parkway Overlook in Washington, DC. The selected contractor must manage a residential rental portfolio by making daily rounds, enforcing lease terms, conducting regular property inspections, managing site-based waitlists, and handling evictions when necessary.
