About this opportunity
AI summaryThe buyer seeks a vendor to provide an AI-assisted sharing spectrum operations enhanced service. Modern adversarial radar systems increasingly utilize artificial intelligence, making it harder to identify, characterize, and represent waveforms. To respond effectively, the project requires novel methods, including machine learning, to facilitate dynamic and scalable data representation and compression methods for complex waveforms that can be shared across network nodes. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to apply. Performance of the work will take place offsite, and the buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget.
