About this opportunity
AI summaryThe Department of the Navy seeks a vendor to develop, mature, integrate, and demonstrate a working prototype of a super intelligence-driven signal processing framework under a Direct to Phase II topic. The framework must leverage high-dimensional spectral feature extraction, adaptive neural control loops, and secure human-machine teaming to blinds detect, characterize, de-interleave, and classify covert and agile Low Probability of Intercept and Low Probability of Detection waveforms in congested electromagnetic spectrum environments. Only onshore U.S.-owned organizations and small businesses that can acquire and maintain a secret-level facility clearance are eligible to participate. Offerors must perform the work offsite, provide feasibility documentation proving they have completed Phase I-equivalent work, and be capable of meeting a projected Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 2 self-requirement.
