The buyer seeks an innovative Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) methodology and prototype architecture to non-destructively verify the physical and logical integrity of integrated circuits. The solution must reliably detect sub-nanometer adversarial Hardware Trojans that bypass standard functional testing, establishing a baseline of intended logic gate behavior using a Level 3 Technical Data Package or Model-Based Systems Engineering Digital Twin. It must further process data from Non-Destructive Evaluation techniques under a post-silicon Zero Trust posture. Eligible offerors are restricted to onshore United States organizations only.
