Comprehensive Rate-Setting Methodology and Annual Rate Reviews for Home and Community-Based Services

The South Dakota Department of Human Services seeks a qualified consultant to provide comprehensive rate-setting methodology and annual rate reviews using prospective rate adjustments. The contractor will support services delivered by home and community-based providers across the Division of Long Term Services and Supports and the Division of Developmental Disabilities. Work includes five-year comprehensive rate methodology evaluations, stakeholder workgroup facilitation, and annual rate updates. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States, with work to be performed offsite across a five-year contract term.
