City of Overland As-Needed Nuisance Abatement Services for Citywide Properties

The City of Overland seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-site nuisance abatement services on an as-needed basis. Work generally consists of abating nuisance conditions on residential, commercial, and industrial properties that violate municipal nuisance ordinances. Eligible onshore U.S. organizations must deliver sealed proposals in person, by carrier, or by mail to the Office of the City Clerk by 9:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, December 2, 2026. Submissions must arrive in a sealed envelope marked "NUISANCE ABATEMENT SERVICES" with the firm's name and bid opening details, as emailed or late proposals will not be considered.
