DuPage County Histology Services for Postmortem Examinations

The DuPage County Coroner’s Office seeks responses from qualified providers for the provision of histological services. These offsite services will support postmortem examinations and other casework referred by the Coroner’s Office. Eligibility is limited to onshore U.S. organizations. Interested bidders must submit all questions to [email protected] by November 12, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Applicants must submit proposals electronically to [email protected] by November 24, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. CT. Required submission documents include the signed proposal, proposal pricing form, proposal form, IRS W-9 form, vendor ethics disclosure statement, limitations on authority form, references, awarded contractor disclosure, and a joint purchasing agreement.
