Central Pierce Fire & Rescue Enterprise Resource Planning Software RFP

Central Pierce Fire & Rescue requests proposals from qualified providers to deliver enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Qualified vendors must be onshore USA organizations performing the work offsite. Applicants can hand-deliver proposals to Puyallup, Washington, or mail them to PO Box 940, Spanaway, Washington. Submissions must be clearly marked "RFP 2026 – Enterprise Resource Planning Software" and received no later than 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time on December 2, 2026. Vendors must address all questions to Director Tanya Robacker by phone or email before 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time on November 18, 2026.
