Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs Discharge Access Database System Coordinator Services

The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs seeks responses for coordinator services for the Discharge Access Database System (DADS). DADS provides a searchable database utilized by County Veteran Service Officers and department staff to locate Veteran discharge documents, such as DD214s, needed to access earned benefits. The selected responder must have an in-depth knowledge of DADS and its capabilities to assist with system issues, train staff members on system operations, and coordinate with county users regarding questions or concerns. Eligibility is restricted to onshore US organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. Responses are due no later than November 13, 2026, at 12:00 pm.
