Hunters Point Parks Conservancy seeks an experienced strategic planning consultant to create a five-year strategic plan that guides expansion and increases organizational capacity. The selected vendor will assist with capacity building, evaluate board development and staffing models, analyze current operations, and establish progress-monitoring metrics. Applicants should have expertise in nonprofit strategic planning, budgeting, financial tracking, and experience with small New York City-based nonprofits or environmental groups.
