Scope of work

Minimum qualifications
- Registered with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board at time of bid
- Maintain separate public works bond required by ORS 279C.836 and OAR 839-025-0015
- Provide a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number
- Cleared with no results through the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) search
- Attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and register on the sign-in sheet
- Hold a DEQ asbestos abatement license if work involves asbestos abatement
