Cloud-Based Content Management Workflow and Collaboration Platform SaaS

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide a secure, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service content management, workflow, collaboration, review, and approval platform. The platform will support marketing, communications, public relations, digital strategy, creative services, and branding across offsite vendor premises, with the vendor delivering all licensing, implementation, configuration, migration, training, and maintenance. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations with at least five years of experience providing content management solutions and demonstrated experience serving healthcare organizations. Vendors must support HIPAA requirements, execute a Business Associate Agreement, and submit all questions by November 13, 2026. Proposals must include required certifications, forms, and any proposed redlined contract exceptions in Microsoft Word format. Roswell Park will consider proposed exceptions as part of its proposal evaluation and award determination.
