Custodial Requirements and Specifications for Fernley and USA Parkway Substations

The Nevada Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol Division requires onsite janitorial services for its Fernley Substation in Fernley, Nevada, and USA Parkway Substation in Sparks, Nevada. The selected contractor must perform tasks including cleaning interior doors, trim, thresholds, jambs, ceiling vents, and restrooms, alongside dusting blinds and wall hangings, washing interior and exterior windows, and stripping and waxing hard surface floors. Eligible contractors must be onshore USA organizations insured and licensed to do business in the State of Nevada by the Nevada Secretary of State. The agency will host a pre-proposal site visit on November 12, 2026, and all questions are due by November 18, 2026.
