Janitorial Services for the Kansas Department of Revenue Wichita Area

The Kansas Office of Procurement and Contracts seeks a qualified contractor to provide janitorial services for the Kansas Department of Revenue in the Wichita Area. The selected contractor must perform comprehensive onsite facility cleaning, including daily disinfecting of high-touch surfaces, cleaning light fixtures, window ledges, walls, ceiling fans, and chairs, as well as high dusting, sweeping, emptying wastebaskets, and washing glass doors and windows. The contract period runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2032. Bidders must secure approved registration with the State of Kansas prior to closing and must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 20, 2026, at 10:45 AM CST. Proposals must include separate technical and cost submissions delivered either by courier to Topeka, Kansas, or via email to [email protected] by December 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. The State will evaluate bids and award the contract by line item or group total based on the best interest of the State of Kansas.
