Laboratory Information Management System — Ohio Department of Health

The Ohio Department of Health requires a Whole Genome Sequencing Laboratory Information Management System for the Bureau of Public Health Laboratory. The selected contractor must deliver a wet lab workflow management system covering sample tracking, reagent management, and direct integration with MiSeq, NextSeq 2000, and Illumina BaseSpace Cloud platforms. Performance will occur onsite over a projected two-year contract period. Only USA onshore organizations may apply, and offerors must have documented experience implementing laboratory information management systems, onboarding, and integrating laboratory instruments. Questions must arrive no later than November 18, 2026. The buyer will evaluate bids based on best overall value, combining technical, cost, and Minority Business Enterprise scores, with cost proposed as a firm fixed price.
