Hardware, Microsoft Surface and Accessories Supplies and Services

Snohomish County seeks sealed bids to provide Microsoft Surface hardware, accessories, and related supplies. Bidders must quote a fixed discount percentage off the published Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price for all eleven listed items, and future orders will be issued on an as-needed basis for an initial term of one year. Eligible bidders must be authorized distributors, dealers, or manufacturers of the offered products with prior experience and satisfactory customer references. Bidders must also possess all necessary licenses, permits, certifications, equipment, materials, and staff to perform the contract. Questions are due by November 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Local Time. Bidders must deliver sealed bids containing an original submittal signed in ink to the Snohomish County Purchasing Division in Everett, Washington, no later than December 1, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Local Time, as electronic submittals are unacceptable. The buyer will evaluate bids on price, factoring in prompt payment discounts and any alternative solution transition costs, and will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
