Weld County Right-Of-Way On-Call Acquisition and Appraisal Services

Weld County seeks right-of-way on-call acquisition and appraisal services. The selected contractor will appraise properties in "as is" condition including environmental contamination effects, photograph subject properties and comparable sales, provide comprehensive market analyses, and review recorded sale deeds and transaction documents. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting takes place on November 18, 2026, at 1:30 pm, and questions are due by December 2, 2026, at 5:00 pm. Proposals must be submitted by December 9, 2026, at 1:00 pm, either via email to [email protected] or by hand delivery to the Purchasing Division in Greeley, Colorado. Reviewers will evaluate proposals on a 1 to 5 rating scale, and Weld County may conduct interviews if required.
