As-Needed WordPress Website Redesign, Development, Migration, and Maintenance Services

The County of San Mateo seeks proposals from onshore USA organizations for as-needed website creation, maintenance, enhancement, redesign, migration, and related services for the County Executive's Office. Authorized work will include WordPress development, routine and accessibility maintenance for the Fair Funding website, discovery and content strategy, and migration or retirement support. Contractors will perform all work offsite. Firms must submit their fee proposals as separate PDF files from their technical proposals via email or online by November 20, 2026, at 12:00 am. Questions are due no later than November 11, 2026, at 12:00 am. A selection committee will evaluate proposals using a points-based system weighted on project approach (30 points), firm qualifications (25 points), and team qualifications (20 points). The resulting agreement carries an initial three-year term with one optional renewal period.
