Website Redesign, Development, Implementation, Hosting, Migration, Maintenance and Replacement Service using CMS

The City of Laguna Beach seeks a qualified website development firm to redesign, develop, implement, host, migrate, and maintain a modern, secure, accessible, and user-friendly municipal website. The project scope includes strategic planning, content audits, user experience design, and implementing a decentralized content management system that allows authorized municipal departments to independently maintain content. Performance of the work will be conducted offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations. Prospective bidders must submit all questions and clarification requests by November 17, 2026, at 5:00 PM PST. Final proposals are due by December 3, 2026, at 5:00 PM PST, and vendors may submit responses digitally via email or online.
