Occupational Health and Safety Services and Training for the City of Los Angeles Harbor Department

The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department requests proposals for occupational health and safety services and training. Selected consultants will provide as-needed occupational health and safety training, compliance reviews, audits, and consulting services across day, swing, and graveyard shifts with the ability to mobilize within 48 hours of request. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and all consultants and subconsultants must be registered on the Regional Alliance Marketplace for Procurement at the time proposals are due. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online by 3:00 p.m. on December 16, 2026. Prospective bidders must direct all questions to Susana Eldridge by email before 3:00 p.m. on November 18, 2026.
