Tribal Language Education and Early Childhood Curriculum Consultant Services

The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation seeks quotes for a qualified consultant to develop an early childhood education curriculum and a birth-to-five language learning app. The curriculum must incorporate monthly cultural activities and language translated into nsəlxcin, titoqatimt, and nxaʔamxčín, delivered as monthly box-type sets using play-based modalities alongside an app usable on tablets and smart boards. Applicants must understand Head Start Program Performance Standards, Creative Curriculum, Teaching Strategies GOLD Assessment, preschool development, and Native language and culture. Applicants must submit proposals by November 13, 2026, formatted as an invoice with a grand total cost, a guaranteed completion date no later than June 30, 2027, resumes for all group members, and three customer references.
